Bruny Island budget tour Experience

Your small bus tour group will depart Hobart at 7.30am to drive south of Hobart down the Channel Highway along the Derwent River and D’Entrecasteaux Channel to the beautiful waterside town of Kettering to catch the vehicular ferry across to Bruny Island.

Whilst on the 20-minute ferry crossing you will be able to stand on the deck and see the beautiful waters of the D’Enrecasteaux Channel, home to plentiful sea and birdlife, including a regularly spotted pod of dolphins. You will start to feel the remoteness of Bruny, home to approximately 800 residents and in reality, is a small island off the relatively small island state of Tasmania.
